Ceremony photos

Belgiassa ainoa virallinen vihkimistapa on maistraatissa käynti.

// The only official way to get married in Belgium is to go to the town hall. You can organize a church wedding also, if you want, but then the marriage is not yet official. We went to our town hall on the day of the wedding at 10:50 with the witnesses and our parents. The ceremony was held on the old side of the town hall and it was really nice. The happening didn't take very long but we had a good laugh when the guy made some jokes. It was a very memorable moment for me and also to my parents.

Wedding photoshoot part 2

// Here is the second part of the wedding photos!

On Saturday we are flying off to Finland for a week. Luckily they promised good weather so we get to go swim. It has been already three weeks ago since we were swimming for the last time in Turkey. ;-) Here we have had nothing but rain from the moment we landed up until yesterday. Now they forecast a heat wave for several days, but that's no good to us since we are leaving anyway. Two more days at work, I hope they go fast!

Nauttikaa!

// We finally got the photos from our photographer at the wedding and this is the first part of the best ones. We got in total of 240 photos, but I won't put them all here though :-)

Enjoy!

Supporting the Red Devils

Jalkapallon MM-kisat olivat käynnissä sillä hetkellä kun me oltiin Turkissa.

Jee!

// The football World Cup was going on while we were in Turkey. We watched all the games in peace without worries of having to get up early in the morning. And of course as a big plus the beer and the peanuts that always were filled as many times as we wanted.

During our holiday Belgium played twice. Our tour operator organized a little happening during Belgium-Russia and we were game of course! We got picked up by a bus from our hotel and we went to a restaurant called Karma in Side. We were with 60 or 70 people all cheering for the Belgian Red Devils.

First we got a little cocktail. Then we had a quiz, danced, drank and talked. During the game they served snacks and drinks. At the break the tour operator chicks came to ask all the ladies if we wanted to come taste chocolates if the game wasn't so interesting. I passed of course. We won in the end and then we were all one happy bunch! And we were also second in the quiz. Awesome!

Sunset in Side (Turkey)

Ihanaa.

Tässä kuvia Siden auringonlaskusta, jota me katseltiin meidän uima-altaalta.

// We came back on Sunday from Turkey after 10 amazing days enjoying our honeymoon. We had a really good holiday and everything went great. The hotel was perfect, the food was even little bit too delicious, the service was friendly and the surroundings were beautiful. We had temperatures from 35 to even 43 degrees the last two days.

We went swimming in the sea, dived in the pool, drank, ate, watched football and slept good. Oh and we read books! We totally relaxed. But to avoid getting totally lazy I went running, did watergym, step aerobics and yoga. I totally got hooked on yoga and already signed up for lessons next week. The hotel also had its own wellness with hamam (of course), massages, saunas.. All kind of stuff. We went to the sauna to sweat some more every day after swimming. Loved it.

Here are some pictures of the sunset in Side, which we enjoyed from our swimming pool.
